Building stronger communities—together

When our communities thrive, we all thrive. Thrive with Northwest Bank is our unified community impact commitment — focused on advancing economic mobility and opportunity across the neighborhoods we serve.

Thrive brings our community investments together under one clear approach — allowing us to focus our resources, strengthen partnerships and create meaningful, long-term impact.

Together, we can create a future where everyone has the tools and pathways to thrive—breaking cycles of poverty, reducing economic inequality and creating a more equitable and prosperous society for all.

Our Focus: Economic Mobility & Opportunity

Our Focus: Economic Mobility & Opportunity

Economic mobility is the foundation of Thrive. It reflects both the needs of our communities and the expertise of our organization.

Through Thrive and the Northwest Bank Charitable Foundation, we support programs and partnerships that help individuals, families and entrepreneurs build financial stability and longterm success.

We do this by expanding access to financial education, supporting affordable housing initiatives, funding grants that match our mission, providing opportunities for team members to volunteer and encouraging leadership to serve on nonprofit boards.
