Showing up for our communities—together

At Northwest, giving back is a hands-on effort. We encourage associates to volunteer with nonprofit organizations that align with their interests and community needs. To support this commitment, eligible team members receive paid volunteer hours each year.
 
Additionally, teams volunteer together, strengthening collaboration and helping strengthen our community partnerships. Examples of teams volunteering include:
  • Stocking shelves at local food pantries
  • Packing food kits for students to take home over extended holiday breaks
  • Supporting toy drives and seasonal giving efforts for children and families
  • Participating in service projects that strengthen neighborhoods and community spaces 
These efforts reflect our belief that volunteering makes a meaningful difference—both for communities and the people who serve them.

 

Requesting Northwest Volunteers

Community organizations planning volunteer opportunities or events are welcomed to request Northwest participation. To request volunteers or share upcoming opportunities, please email volunteer@northwest.com and include the following information:
  • Organization name and mission
  • Event or volunteer activity description
  • Date(s), time commitment and location
  • Number of volunteers needed
  • Type of work involved (general service, skillsbased, financial education, etc.)
  • Any required training, background checks or age restrictions
  • Primary contact name, phone number and email
