Northwest Sponsor Finance provided financing to support Great Range Capital

Northwest Sponsor Finance (“NSF”), a division of Northwest Bank, announced that it has provided financing to support Great Range Capital (“GRC”) in its acquisition of Citadel Security Group.

Citadel Security Group is a Nixa, MO based security company and one of the most trusted security providers in the industry. With operations in Colorado, Missouri, and Iowa, Citadel offers manned guarding, event security, and patrol services to various sectors including government, utilities, infrastructure, healthcare, retail, and residential markets.
