Transitioning to Treasury Pro through a merger?

As part of Northwest Bank’s merger with Jersey Shore State Bank and Luzerne Bank, your business online and mobile banking will be converted to Northwest Treasury Pro beginning Monday, July 28, 2025. We’re excited to welcome you to this enhanced platform and help you take advantage of its full capabilities.
What’s converting to Northwest Treasury Pro:
  • User IDs (in some cases, new IDs will be assigned and sent by mail)
  • Company admins and sub-users
  • Account access (checking, savings, and loan history – minimum 6 months)
  • Bill Pay payees and 12 months of Bill Pay history
  • Future-dated and recurring bill payments
  • ACH and wire payees
What’s not converting and will need to be reestablished beginning July 28:
  • Alerts
  • Future-dated and recurring ACH and wire payments
  • ACH batches
  • eStatement preferences
  • Bill Pay sub-users

 

Your next steps

Watch your mail and email
You’ll receive important login details, including a temporary password and activation key. Keep this information in a safe place.

Download Secure Browser

Once you have your login credentials, download the Secure Browser—the safest way to access Treasury Pro. You may need assistance from your company’s IT administrator. You’ll be able to log in beginning Monday, July 28 at 8 a.m.

Installation Instructions

Download the Treasury Pro Mobile App
On or after July 28, delete your current JSSB or Luzerne Bank mobile banking app. Then download the Northwest Treasury Pro app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Use the activation code provided in your welcome communication to log in.
Confirm your account setup
Log in through Secure Browser and review your company information and user settings. Reestablish payments or preferences not carried over.
