Kevin Hall serves as Regional Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Lending at Northwest Bank, bringing over 20 years of banking experience, including more than 13 years in commercial lending. Based in Indiana, Kevin works closely with developers, agents and investors to provide customized financing solutions that support long-term growth and community development.

Before joining Northwest Bank, Kevin held lending roles at State Bank and BMO Harris Bank. He is active in his community, serving on the Economic Development Advisory Council of Aspire Economic Development + Chamber Alliance and on the board of the Brownsburg Education Foundation.

Kevin lives in Indiana with his family. In his free time, he enjoys sports, DIY projects and coaching youth athletics.

Kevin Wilmot serves as Regional Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Lending at Northwest Bank, based in Rochester, NY. He structures financing solutions across multifamily housing, retail, industrial and office properties, while managing a portfolio of loans and client relationships throughout Western New York.

Kevin previously served as Vice President of Finance at Wilmorite, a family-owned real estate development firm and began his career with M&T Bank’s Middle Market C&I Lending Group in Rochester.

He earned a B.A. in History from Union College and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Rochester Simon School of Business.

Kevin resides in Rochester with his wife and six children and enjoys golf, skiing and soccer. He is also a proud supporter of the Wilmot Cancer Center.

Christian McAdoo serves as Regional Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Lending at Northwest Bank, with nearly 25 years of commercial banking experience. He specializes in development loans and permanent financing for office, retail, industrial and multifamily projects throughout Pennsylvania.

Christian earned a B.A. from Washington & Jefferson College and is a graduate of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association Advanced School of Banking. He is known for providing tailored financial solutions that help clients achieve long-term growth.

Outside of work, Christian enjoys music, history, fitness and the outdoors. He is a proud father and values family and faith at the center of his life.

Karen Cummings is Senior Regional Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Lending at Northwest Bank, bringing more than 25 years of financial services experience. She focuses on loan origination, portfolio management and credit quality, consistently delivering results that support client success and regional growth.

A Williamsville, NY native, Karen is also an active community leader. She serves on the Advisory Board of Kevin Guest House in Buffalo and has been recognized multiple times on Buffalo Business First’s “Power 200 Women” list for her impact in both business and civic leadership.

Karen lives in Buffalo with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and skiing in Ellicottville.

Shawn Dorsey

Shawn Dorsey is Regional Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Lending at Northwest Bank. He has extensive experience structuring financing for multifamily, office, industrial, retail, hospitality and mixed-use properties, with additional expertise in affordable housing projects utilizing Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC).

Shawn previously held roles with private REITs, institutional fund managers and middle-market sponsors. He is also involved in Northwest’s CRA platform, helping clients and communities achieve impact through affordable housing and community development initiatives.

A graduate of Miami University’s Farmer School of Business, Shawn is recognized for his disciplined underwriting and ability to guide clients through complex transactions.

Jeff Skonieczny

Jeff Skonieczny serves as Regional Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Lending at Northwest Bank, with more than 30 years of lending experience. Based in Northeast Ohio, Jeff specializes in financing across multifamily, industrial, retail and land development assets.

Throughout his career, Jeff has been a trusted advisor and relationship manager, known for his expertise in construction and project financing. He attended Thiel College and Kent State University, where he participated in NCAA athletics.

Jeff resides in Aurora, OH with his wife. He is the proud father of three adult children and grandfather of four. Actively engaged in his community, Jeff volunteers with Fostering Hope, Habitat for Humanity and co-founded the Aurora Youth Basketball Association.
